Welcome to Team Cycles

Team Cycles has been part of the North East cycling scene since 2013, growing from our original Gateshead store into a wider cycling and outdoor business with locations in Team Valley and Kielder Forest. Today, we support riders across road, mountain, gravel, commuting, family cycling and e-bikes, both in-store and online.

Our Gateshead store offers a huge range of bikes, clothing, components and accessories from leading brands including Trek, Cube, Amflow, Tenways, Unno, Rapha, Shimano, SRAM, Fox, Garmin, Oakley, POC, ABUS, Fizik and many more. Alongside retail, our team provides professional workshop servicing and repairs, bike fitting, suspension support, upgrades and custom bike builds, helping riders get the most from their bikes whether they’re buying new or maintaining an existing setup.

At Team Cycles Kielder, we bring that same support directly to one of the UK’s best riding destinations. Our Kielder location offers bike and e-bike hire, premium demo bikes, adaptive cycling, MTB coaching, youth camps, social rides and workshop support, alongside local trail knowledge for visitors exploring the forest. Riders can also stop by for coffee, food and refreshments before or after heading out.

Whether you’re looking for a new bike, the latest kit, expert servicing, bike hire or support for your next ride, Team Cycles brings everything together across our two locations and online.
